What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts; serve as the primary, trusted point of contact.
- Lead the customer journey: discovery, solution mapping, product qualification, contracting, order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale success.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, outcome-focused solutions that align with client goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Operations, Quality/Regulatory, Finance, Logistics) to ensure on-time, in-spec, compliant delivery.
- Monitor product quality, regulatory requirements, pricing structures, and specifications to protect client outcomes and company standards.
- Build account plans with measurable objectives; forecast, track, and report on KPIs, revenue, margin, and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, multi-site standardization) grounded in demonstrated value.
- Drive renewal and expansion cycles with a consultative, data-backed approach.
- Escalate and resolve issues swiftly; champion the customer internally with transparency and accountability.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–7+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or customer success in a product-centric environment.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle, post-sale relationships and complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong grasp of product qualification, quality standards, regulatory considerations, pricing, and specifications.
- Exceptional discovery, communication, and presentation skills—able to simplify complexity and align stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across operations, logistics, and quality/regulatory teams.
- High integrity, customer-first mindset, and a bias toward transparency and measurable results.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard productivity suites.
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, packaging, industrial, or similar).
- Background in supply chain, quality assurance, or compliance-heavy product lines.
- Success implementing value frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger) or customer success methodologies.
